Vision zero task force. Establishes the vision zero task force (task force) to study and make recommendations concerning: (1) the reduction and prevention of fatalities on roads and highways; and (2) other driving safety issues. Requires the task force to file an annual report with the interim study committee on roads and transportation. Requires the legislative services agency to provide staff support for the task force.
