Provides that a military base reuse authority (reuse authority) is qualified to receive funds for an eligible project from the local road and bridge matching grant fund (fund). Provides that the required local matching amount by the reuse authority to receive a grant from the fund is equal to 50% of the total cost of the eligible project.
