Interim study committee on child services. Establishes the interim study committee on child services (committee). Provides that the committee shall: (1) study and review the progress and improvements made by the department of child services; (2) review best practices concerning child welfare, child mental health, and delinquent children; (3) receive and review status reports from the department of child services ombudsman; (4) review and study the department of child services child abuse and neglect hotline; (5) review and study ways to improve the long term viability of providers to provide coverage to children and families across the entire state; (6)
