Annexation. Provides that if an annexation petition is filed with the municipality by 100% of the landowners within the annexation territory, the municipality must: (1) hold a public hearing on the annexation not later than 60 days (instead of 30 days) after the filing; and (2) adopt an annexation ordinance not later than 90 days (instead of 60 days) after the filing; or landowners may file the petition in court. Provides the following with regard to annexation remonstrance waivers (waivers): (1) Waivers executed before July 1, 2015, expire not later than July 1, 2034. (2) A real estate sales disclosure
