Alcoholic beverage purchases on credit. Allows the holder of a retailer's permit to "run a tab" for a customer purchasing alcohol for personal use. Prohibits the holder of a dealer's permit from "running a tab" for a customer purchasing alcohol for use off of the dealer's premises. Alcoholic beverage purchases on credit.
