Administrative law judges. Requires each agency to provide a list to the clerk of the supreme court of the administrative law judges, including environmental law judges, employed or otherwise appointed by the agency to preside over administrative matters. Requires an agency in need of an administrative law judge for a matter to submit a written request to the clerk of the supreme court for assignment of an administrative law judge. Provides that the clerk of the supreme court shall randomly choose three names to provide to the parties. Provides that the parties may each strike the name of one judge
