School and teacher performance. Provides that, for a state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, the amount that a school corporation may receive as part of a performance grant relating to test results is the greater of: (1) the amount of the grant distributed to the school corporation for test results for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015; or (2) the amount of the grant the school corporation qualifies for in the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016. performance grade for the 2014-2015 school year is the higher of the grades assigned to the school by the state board of education for the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years. Provides that the ISTEP program test results used to calculate a school's category or designation of school performance must be used as part of certificated employee performance evaluations conducted during the 2015-2016 school year. Removes a duplicate definition.
