Failure to remit wage withholdings. Increases the penalties for failing to remit to the department of state revenue amounts withheld from employees' wages that are held in trust for the state. Requires the department of state revenue to report to various state agencies and the secretary of state that a person has failed to remit withholdings for a third time. Authorizes these state agencies and the secretary of state to treat such a person as being on a tax warrant list and to commence an administrative action to impose a penalty or revoke a license or privilege held by such Failure to remit wage withholdings.
