local governmental units to purchase health insurance coverage through the state personnel department. (3) Transitional language related to the 2005 abolishment of the professional standards board and the creation of the division of professional standards within the department of education. (4) The northern Indiana regional transportation district statute that is dependent on a 2009 referendum that did not pass. Removes Military Park from the statute authorizing the city of Indianapolis to use and operate Military Park and University Square in Indianapolis. Strikes obsolete references to audit reports that were removed from the Indiana Code in 2015. Makes conforming amendments.
