Repeal of IOSHA. Repeals, on January 1, 2017, the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Act (IOSHA), except for provisions concerning the INSafe program. Provides that the powers and duties of the department of labor under IOSHA (except for those concerning the INSafe program) are assumed by the United States Department of Labor. Repeal of IOSHA.
