Election of members of the county executive. Provides that each member of the county executive is elected only by the voters of the respective county commissioner districts instead of by all the voters of the county if the county executive adopts an ordinance providing for this method of election. Provides that if 20% of the total number of voters of the county who voted in the most recent election for secretary of state in the county petition the county executive to adopt such an ordinance, the county executive is required to adopt the ordinance.
