Waiver of driver's license reinstatement fee. Provides that a person who is an inmate assigned to a correctional facility operated by: (1) the state; or (2) a political subdivision of the state; may not file a petition for waiver of a fee for reinstatement of the person's driver's license if the person has more than 120 days remaining before the earliest possible date the person would be entitled to be released from the correctional facility.
