DIGEST
Deeds and other instruments of conveyance. Provides that a deed or other instrument of conveyance that transfers an ownership interest in real property from one person to another person shall be recorded by the other person: (1) in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the real property is located; and (2) not more than 90 days after the date the ownership interest in the real property is transferred unless a shorter period for recording the deed or other instrument of conveyance is required by another law.
